How Chaska works

  • Small batch

    Twelve kilos at a time on a drum roaster. Small enough to taste every lot before it goes out.

  • Indian estates

    Five growing regions, all of them here — Araku, Baba Budangiri, Coorg, Wayanad, Chikmagalur.

  • Roasted weekly

    The roast date is stamped on the bag. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you.

  • Ships in 48h

    Order on WhatsApp, tell us your grind, and it leaves Pune within two days.

An elevated coffee experience

The roastery is the back half of the room. The front half is a fourteen-seat espresso bar, and the two are separated by a glass wall, on purpose — you drink the thing while you watch it being made.

  • Espresso from ₹140, cortado ₹180, flat white ₹220.
  • Cold brew steeped eighteen hours, ₹240. With orange, ₹280.
  • Filter, moka, pour-over — we grind to whatever you actually brew on.
