Two things worth knowing before you order
Nothing here is kept warm. Everything is cooked when you ask for it, which at this altitude takes a few minutes longer than it would in Dehradun.
The kitchen closes before we do
The kitchen stops taking orders twenty minutes before close. In heavy monsoon week the road can shut without notice — we post it on Instagram the same morning.
The bakery is finite
Trays come out in the morning and are not replaced. If you want the cinnamon rolls, come before the walkers come back down from Char Dukan — that is usually somewhere around noon.
Tables by the window
Four of them, first come. On a clear evening they go early. Ring +91 90000 00001 if you want one held for a specific time and we will do what we can.
