There is no login here, and there never will be — one message is faster than a password. Send your bill number on WhatsApp and you get the courier docket and a live link back the same hour, between 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM.

Tell us what you are looking for
This goes to the counter, not to a call centre. Say roughly what you want and roughly what you want to spend, and we will send photographs of what is on the floor in that range — with the weight and the making charge already written on them.
Nothing is charged, nothing is held, and your number is not passed to anybody. If it is urgent, WhatsApp is always quicker.
- Every gold piece carries the BIS mark and its own six-digit HUID, printed on your bill and readable in the BIS Care app.
- Making charges are printed on the tag and on the estimate before you pay. They do not move afterwards.
- Lifetime exchange on Swarnika gold at the day's rate on the printed net weight — no deduction, no argument.

Can I see a piece before I buy it?
Yes. In Vadodara we bring up to five pieces to your house with a staff member and a receipt, at no charge. Outside Vadodara we do it on a video call — the tray, the scale and the HUID all on camera.

How do I track an order?
Send your bill number on WhatsApp to +91 90000 00000 and you get the courier docket and a live link the same hour. All orders ship insured and free with full tracking.

What is the exchange rate on my old gold?
The day's rate on the printed net weight for anything bought here, for life. For gold bought elsewhere we melt and assay it in front of you and pay on the assayed weight — you watch the whole thing.

Do you make to order?
Yes, in the workshop above the Alkapuri showroom. Bring a photo or a family piece. Fourteen to twenty-one days for gold work, longer for polki. Written estimate and purity specs provided first.

Is EMI available?
Card EMI at 3, 6 or 9 months. Gold-savings plan of 11 monthly instalments, 12th on us. The gold-savings plan is a written agreement, not a scheme — you can stop it at any time and take your money back.

Can I buy on a video call without coming in?
Yes, and most out-of-town customers do. We put the tray on the counter camera, weigh each piece on the scale in the same frame and read the HUID out so you can check it in the BIS Care app while we are still talking. You pay by UPI or bank transfer after the estimate reaches you in writing, never before.

What exactly is in the making charge?
Making charges are printed on the tag and on the estimate before you pay. They do not move afterwards. It covers the karigar's labour, the wastage in working the metal and the finishing — never the stones, which are charged at cost with their certificate, and never the GST, which is a separate 3% line on the estimate.

What if it does not suit me when it arrives?
15-day return on anything unworn, in its box with the tag and the certificate. Free insured shipping on every order. Delivered in 3–6 working days, signature on receipt. Send one photograph on WhatsApp and we book the return pickup ourselves; the refund goes back to the account that paid, in five to seven working days.
